Ka789 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you ("User" or "Member") and ka789 ("Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by ka789.

By accessing the KA789 platform on any device, registering an account, making a deposit or joining any game, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, active email address and mobile number upon registration. All information will be verified by the KA789 team through a KYC process before your first withdrawal is approved.

3.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. KA789 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for added protection.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including KA789 support staff.
• Log out of your account when using public or shared devices.
• Report immediately to support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• First-time withdrawals require a completed KYC review before processing.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the KA789 team.
• KA789 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

KA789 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward new and loyal players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the respective promotions page, and those terms form part of this Agreement.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

KA789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or hacking.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Providing false information or falsified documents.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the KA789 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required reviews are completed.

• KA789 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• KA789 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's negligence in maintaining their account security.

• KA789 is not responsible for any tax issues or legal implications arising from winnings or use of the platform in the player's jurisdiction.
